APPLICATION OF GESTALT THEORIES IN EDUCATION

How should we analyze Gestalt laws in education?

These are laws that must be put into practice depending on the personal perspective, since not all of us have developed the ability to focus on the same idea of ​​a subject, but we get the similarity of what we want to understand.


In the law of similarity in education, students have ideas with different approach of analysis without losing the objective of what one wants to understand in a specific topic.


 In the law of proximity, students focus on a topic of interest but some elements can not be separated from each other because they form a single unit.



In the law of continuity, students relate prior knowledge to involve them in current knowledge. In education, for example, you can take a topic that can be given continuity based on knowledge that was previously obtained.


 In the law of closure, all past knowledge is incomplete but with prior knowledge is given a closure filling with our mind the gaps that are possessed.



In the law of common fate in education is when you get a connection for the same purpose and achieve a goal in common.




And in the law of simplicity, students should get the way of expressing themselves as simple as possible but with a deep understanding on a topic that is understandable to everyone in general.
